"Dave and Kevin arrived promptly at 9:30 to move my mom's furniture to our home. David and Kevin treated her furniture just like it was their own furniture they were moving. My mom is elderly, and it was hard for her to leave her home. Kevin and Dave made my mom feel comfortable, told her, "Have a seat young lady and let us do all the work for you." Dave and Kevin worked well as a team. I could tell they had plenty of experience moving furniture. It was raining this day also and nothing got wet or damaged. "The owner of Hercules Moving & Storage personally came to quote our large, complicated move. We left a 4-bedroom home of 25 years and were downsizing, storing, and waiting for a townhouse to become available. I was so impressed by how professionally Ron assessed our situation and how calmly he reassured us that they would handle our move. We have antiques, collections and items of value that were treated with care and respect. We also had a time crunch, so we asked for a quote that would include total packing. To my surprise, the packing estimate was extremely reasonable, and Ron personally packed our most fragile things. When the actual move occurred, it was completely smooth and easy - but happened the week before Christmas (yikes!). So, when we arrived at our new home, I decided to keep one of Hercules Moving & Storage's workers to help me unpack and remove the boxes and packing materials. "Moved us from a 4 BR/2.5 bath house (2300 sq feet) with three levels to a 4 BR/2.5 bath house with 3 levels. The distance between the two homes was about 3.5 miles (10 minutes). Full move took two trips with their largest truck.

The move went very well. Hercules Moving & Storage was very responsive when we sought estimates and information. We anticipated the move taking 8-9 hours and two trips based on previous moves with other companies, and that's what it took for our 3-man crew. The crew was friendly and professional, took care with our furniture and belongings, and were responsive to any special requests we had. Some of the crew members smoked, but all did so outside the home and made sure to note to us when they were taking a smoke break, so we'd know that the time wasn't being counted against the move (which we felt was a very professional thing to do). We did not experience any damaged items, and the crew was patient with us as we had those "last minute" packing pieces to complete while they worked around us. The team leader made sure to tell us their plans for moving the house, including what they were going to do with specific rooms in terms of path in and out of the house. We have a cat who we had to keep safely in a room, and the crew was careful to make sure she didn't get out. It was a smooth process, and we greatly appreciated Hercules Moving & Storage's help. "

• Showed up as scheduled and loaded out in less than 5 hours
• Your guys actually beat me down here and had one of the trucks unload before we even got here. The other truck unloaded the same day. Don't think I have ever experienced a 2-day move. Good call on the 2 "short trucks" as they were able to back into my somewhat long curving driveway all the way up to the house
• No lost items, a couple of nicks and scratches to some of the furniture but nothing major and 2 broken glass pieces that I packed and not of concern. (as promised, the glass bow front arrived without a scratch!)
